All products are normally shipped out within two days of order placement unless it is a special order item. Any item that is special ordered will be indicated on the site. We do not charge credit cards until the day your order actually ships. All shipping is done by UPS, except for special order items; the shipping method for those items will be determined by the manufacturer. All orders placed on-line with a correct email address will receive an automatic order confirmation as well as another email when the order actually ships.
